Minji Chae
The daughter and granddaughter of great cooks, traditional Korean home cooking has always been an important element of Minji Chae’s life.
Food & Beverage and Culinary Arts comprised part of her Hotel & Event Management studies at the International Management Institute, Switzerland. After graduating, she returned to Korea and focused on the art of Korean cooking. Her marriage brought her to Hong Kong, where she has worked as a Korean-cooking tutor and, because she excels at menu development and food styling, also acts as a consultant to cafes and restaurants, utilising the international environment Hong Kong offers to develop both exciting new Korean recipes and fusion Korean cooking.
