韓子祺為香港最炙手可熱的創作總監之一，畢業於香港理工大學平面設計及廣告系，先後任職於Grey、 Ogilvy & Mather、FCB、J Walter Thompson 及M&C Saatchi 等國際4As 廣告公司,由助理美術總監晉升至行政創作總監。
2005 年成立精品式創意工作室Turn，十多年來，先後為Olympus (香港及環球市場)、Sony，花王，雀巢咖啡，Dreyers，希慎集團，會德豐地產，香港興業等國際及本地知名客戶，創作無數精彩廣告及品牌設計作品，屢獲獎項殊榮。2014 年MTR The best of the Best 廣告大獎，Turn 被評審選為年度最佳廣告公司。其作品更先後囊括逾70 個國際及本地廣告獎項，其中包括香港4As 金帆廣告大獎之最佳平面廣告金獎、最佳電視廣告、最佳藝術指導等，此外，更曾於Asian Advertising Awards 中獲得 Spike 最高榮譽獎項，作品備受業界肯定。
